What do you like especially about your house/property/yard?
We like that our floorplan is one of a kind for the neighborhood. Outside, we like the front patio (2021) where we can sit by the fire pit and relax. Inside favorite things include the kitchen with induction stove, Richlite countertops and Vent-a-Hood exhaust hood. We also like the flat, fenced back yard, and the big living room window that looks out over the back (not front) yard. Both front and back yards are landscaped with plants that bloom throughout the year, including many native plants. There are hellebores, azaleas, Virginia bluebells, dogwoods, hydrangeas, hostas, asters, astilbe, coneflowers, goldenrod, peonies and more.
