Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Enterprise Sales with 5-10 years of real estate industry experience and a strong network of brokerages, teams, and real estate professionals. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for selling Final Offer’s SaaS platform to enterprise-level real estate brokerages and teams, driving direct revenue growth. This role requires someone comfortable with managing their own pipeline, hitting individual monthly quotas, and demoing the platform to C-suite executives.
Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Independently develop and execute a strategic sales plan geographical targeting enterprise brokerages and teams in existing and new roll out markets.
- Manage your personal sales pipeline from lead generation through deal close, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue goals.
- Conduct product demos of Final Offer’s SaaS platform to C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate industry to unlock partnership opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with enterprise clients to close deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and satisfaction of clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify new business opportunities.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the real estate or PropTech sectors.
- Strong network of relationships with key players in the real estate industry (brokerages, teams, MLSs, etc.).
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets as an individual contributor in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-level executives.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and refine strategies.
