It's so nice to meet you and THANK YOU for the opportunity to help you with your real estate goals. I have a unique past to most other realtors bringing over 20 years of national and international business experience in mid-size to Fortune 500 companies non-profits and sole proprietorships. I'm also probably the only PSIA snow ski instructor living in Savannah, GA! Driven by an ethical work habit and my get it done attitude I have a multitude of skills which help drive successful real estate transactions. I believe relationships are the foundation of any deal and I have been praised time and again for "being a true work-horse, making it feel easy listening and responding to concerns, clearly communicating steps in the process and always acting so excited to work in real estate." Before obtaining my real estate license, I worked for a national developer of Sec 42 affordable and historic tax credit rental housing. Additionally, I am a property specialist in 1031 Exchanges, home rehabilitations, interior design, and property management. I have served on the Board and as President of the Blaine County Housing Authority. Today I hold certifications and accreditations as a Seller Representative Specialist, An Accredited Buyer's Representative, Luxury Home Specialist, Member of Women's Council of Realtors, Beacon Award Recipient and multi-year Distinguished Sales Society Recipient. When I'm not working I love to camp, boat, hike and ski with my family. I adore my wonderfully supportive husband Tim, our twin daughters Tanner and Mercer, our dogs, cat, and fish!
