A native Washingtonian and washed-up D1 college football player, Harrison Beacher is a Managing Partner of the Coalition Properties group,  Top Producing Real estate sales team , serving the DC metro area Affiliated with Keller Williams Capital Properties.  In his career, Harrison has supported over a quarter of a Billion dollars in real estate transactions for over 350 families personally Harrison was honored by the National Association of Realtors® and included in Realtor® Magazine’s 30 under 30 Class of 2016 and one of their inaugural fair housing champions. in 2022 . Harrison served as the 2022 president for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), was named the 2023 Realtor of the Year and will  serve on the board of Directors as 2024 secretary for his state association,  the District of Columbia Association of Realtors (DCAR). Harrison will serve as a 2024 Co- Chair for NAR’s meetings and conference committee and continues to serve on National Board of Directors for NAR as well as the culture and transformation commission .  Harrison Lives in the Michigan Park neighborhood of northeast DC with His wife Lindsay newborn daughter Temple  and son Hall . A retired DJ, Harrison loves making playlists for every occasion , gathering or event understanding the communicative power of music and paramount importance of vibe and energy to all communal activities.  For moments of joy he loves to share funny memes, travel to places with delicious and thoughtful food with a story,  hear great music,  experience local  &  esoteric nightlife,  comfortably warm weather at night ,  while learning nuance and context of history & culture he didn’t know before.
